Payroll Administrator
Job Overview:
The
Town is looking to fill a full-time vacancy for a Payroll Administrator. This position performs difficult
paraprofessional work in the preparation and maintenance of the consolidated
Town of Mansfield/Mansfield Public Schools/Regional School District #19 payroll
and providing office assistance as well as related work as required. Duties include preparing payroll, maintaining
payroll records and files, preparing payroll reports, performing office
assistance tasks. Work is performed
under regular supervision. Position
reports to the Senior Finance Manager.
This non-exempt position is 35 hours/week with
benefits.
Qualifications:
Graduation
from a two-year college with major course work in accounting, business
administration or related field and considerable experience in processing
payroll. Consideration may be given to
equivalent experience and training.

Salary (7/1/2019):
Salary Grade 17 $27.83-$35.18 per hour*
