Director of Business Services
- Associate Degree or some
college level coursework preferred.
- Strong understanding
of human resource and payroll processes, preferably public sector, collective
bargaining, and OPEB reporting.
- Excellent verbal and
written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve
both independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to handle
sensitive and confidential situations and/or documentation.
- Minimum of five
years experience working with MUNIS financial reporting software.
- Working knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be highly
organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and
adhere to deadlines.

and range of needs associated with a dynamic office environment.
SALARY: Based on experience.
DUTIES SUMMARY: Responsible for processing all tasks related to payroll and benefits
administration for the school district. Performs varied and responsible work as
assigned. Works extensively on computers.
