HOURS:                                  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm


REPORTS TO:           Director of Business Services & Operations





  • Associate Degree or some college level coursework preferred.
  • Strong understanding of human resource and payroll processes, preferably public sector, collective bargaining, and OPEB reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to problem-solve both independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and/or documentation.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with MUNIS financial reporting software. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines. 
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and ability to effectively cope with the demands, pace, and range of needs associated with a dynamic office environment.

SALARY:         Based on experience.


DUTIES SUMMARY: Responsible for processing all tasks related to payroll and benefits administration for the school district. Performs varied and responsible work as assigned. Works extensively on computers.
