Annual Salary Range: $79,590 Ė $102,653
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the general direction of the Director of OPM or designee,
independently conducts complex fiscal, operational and management studies and
analyses of various City programs, operations and policies. Assists various departments
with efforts to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve internal controls. Prepares
operational compliance audits for various departments; performs other related duties as
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited college
or university with a Bachelorís Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or
Public Administration and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in the
field of financial, operational and/or procedural analyses OR a Bachelorís degree in an
unrelated field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of
financial, operational and/or procedural analyses in a government setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masterís Degree with a concentration in finance, may
substitute for one (1) year of experience.
SCOPE OF EXAMINATION: There will not be a written examination. Applicants will be
ranked according to their education, training and experience. Applicants are advised to
