DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION Town of Orange, Connecticut Reports to First Selectman. Starting salary $90,000 – $95,000 plus 13% deferred compensation and comprehensive fringe benefit package. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university, plus five to seven years in a municipal financial management position including experience in budgeting and budget monitoring, cash management and pension administration.
