The City of New London, CT seeks a highly qualified executive to serve as City Manager. Experience as a successful change-agent highly desirable; executive, city-level experience in unionized environment preferred. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all municipal activities and City services through the administration of all departments and in accordance with policies established by the City Council.
