General Description &
Qualifications: The Griswold Public Schools district seeks a talented,
highly-analytical individual, and team player to be selected for our new Director
of Fiscal & Personnel Services. The Director of Fiscal & Personnel
Services serves as a key member of the Superintendent’s cabinet, and the
successful candidate must have strong interpersonal, communication, and
leadership skills. Candidates must be genuinely committed to a focus on student
well-being and achievement and the desired leadership traits of our
administrative team. Proven experience successfully collaborating with others
and experience with project management and innovation will be highly valued.
The Director of Fiscal & Personnel Services must also demonstrate capacity
to foster a constructive relationship with the Griswold Board of Education. Experience
in working with Infinite Visions Software for Accounting and Payroll highly
preferred.
Interested candidates must have an (#085 – School Business
Administrator) certificate or be eligible for an (#085) certificate. Candidates
with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, business management,
accounting or other appropriate major experience are encouraged to apply. While
we are seeking candidates who have strong professional experiences in financial
management, budget development, human resources, grants management, and
experience in a school district, candidates who have similar experiences in
private industry are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Terms of Service: Twelve (12)
Month Position
Compensation: The new Director of Fiscal & Personnel Services salary
will be negotiated and outlined in a non-affiliated conditions of employment
contract, with generous benefits to include vacation, sick and personal days,
holidays, and health insurance.

Date: July 1, 2022
