 ASSESSOR

This is a responsible technical and administrative position involving the direction of the Town of Wallingford property assessment office. The position has direct responsibility for the evaluation of real and personal property as well as for the preparation of the annual Grand List.  The qualifications are a bachelorís degree in economics, finance, real estate or a related area, plus 6 years of progressively responsible assessment appraisal experience which includes supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must possess and maintain a valid driverís license. Salary: $98,915 to $126,561 annually plus an excellent fringe benefits package.
