Temporary/Part-Time Finance Office Help

The Town of Tolland is currently seeking applications for the position of part-time/temporary Finance Office Help in the Finance Department.  Salary negotiable.  Hours per week negotiable.  Ideal candidate is retired or in transition Town/City Finance Director with varied experience in local government financial management, preferable in Connecticut. Willing to do temporary assignment as the current Director of Finance & Records is filling the role of Interim/Temporary Town Manager.  Tolland has population of 14,618 with council-manager form of government; $12.6M Town operations budget exclusive of public schools; 79.93 FTE employees.  Located 20 miles east of Hartford near Univ. of CT main campus.  Ideal candidate has an extensive knowledge of budget/finance.
