GOVERNMENT FINANCE POLICY ANALYST
Connecticut Conference of Municipalities (CCM), seeks a Government Finance Policy Analyst to work in our New Haven Headquarters. Conducts governmental and intergovernmental finance research, analysis and policy development to support CCM's public-policy, advocacy and information services. Works with other staff in developing public policy and plays key role in analyzing, presenting financial, economic and other public-policy information. Master’s degree in economics, planning, public administration or government, and a minimum of 3 years experience in intergovernmental finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination. This is not an internal financial analyst position, but one dealing with public policy. Excellent analytical ability; interpersonal, communication (including writing and presentation) skills; ability to analyze intergovernmental finance problems and to propose solutions, excellent computer skills.
